Has the formula for Balance Wash changed? I noticed that the new packaging mentions lavender—was this ingredient recently added?
We want to assure customers that the formula for Balance Wash has remained the same. It has always contained our lavender flavoring, and no changes have been made to the product itself. The only update is to our new packaging, where "Lavender" is now simply highlighted on the front of the tube.
