How do I update my shipping address?

To update your shipping address

To update your shipping address, go to the customer portal page under Your Subscriptions,
select Manage subscription, and choose Update shipping address. Enter the new address
and click Update. The system will automatically apply your changes. Login here with your username and password.

Online orders

Because of the efficiency of our fulfillment centers, shipping addresses cannot be modified once an order is placed through our website. As a result, we are unable to modify shipping addresses after the order has been submitted. However, if the courier detects an issue during transit, they may allow you to update the address on their website.
