What is your return policy?

Here at Good Clean Love, our top priority is helping you feel your best. However, we understand that not every product will work for every person.

We only accept returns of products purchased on our website with an order number.  For all products purchased through other retailers, please return to the retailer.  

• For new orders, we accept returns for unopened, unused products within 30 days of the order shipment date. 
• For recurring orders (subscriptions), we accept returns for unopened, unused products within 14 days of the order shipment date.
• Orders shipped to Canada are not eligible for returns.

To start a return:

Email customer service to start your return. Refunds will be processed once we have received your return.

How do refunds work?

All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment, minus a $7.00 return shipping fee. Once your refund has been processed, please allow up to 10 business days for this to appear on your bank statement.

What qualifies as an "unopened, unused product"?

We consider a product to be opened or used if the outer seal on the box has been broken or if the foil has been removed and the product or contents have been used. If you're unsure, you can send a photo to our Customer Care team.
